5 stars for the Battery, 1 Star for the very poor delivery service by DX Express. I waited five days for two batteries to arrive at the same time. The first was supposed to arrive by DX Express, that took 5 days and over a weekend too. The second replacement battery which was arranged by Tayna to be delivered by DPD, that arrived on the day it should. However, the battery was delivered by DPD, was left outside of my house and in the rain, and no attempt was made by DPD to inform me that the battery had been delivered. Not only that, but when I contacted Tayna about this, I was informed by Tayna that someone called Derek had signed for the delivery. Since then, I have had no explanation for those issues from Tayna, but if you are reading this, then just so you know, No One of that name lives at my address and I was waiting in All Day.
