Have you tried our new Click and Collect service?
Tayna have always pushed the envelope when it comes to convenient battery deliveries across the UK. We were the first company offering batteries purchased online over 20 years ago!
Our latest development is a GB-wide Click and Collect service. As many people are not at home during working hours and not able to take deliveries at work - especially of heavy products such as batteries - we have developed our Click and Collect service. This way you can have your chosen goods delivered to a pickup point for collection when convenient for you.
Being part of Alliance Automotive Group we have a network of over 250 motor factor outlets across the country. The process is simple; place your order on the website opting for the Click & Collect option and we will ship the goods to your chosen outlet, ready for you to collect in just 1-2 days.
We will be shipping your item to your chosen delivery point. As we're using a carrier to perform this delivery there is a shipping charge as detailed on the product page.
The exception to this is if you are local to our warehouse in Bodelwyddan North Wales - where you can collect from us with no charge for shipping.
For any further queries please contact our customer service team.
When adding a product to your order you will be able to choose a Click & Collect Point if that product is eligible for Click & Collect. The vast majority of our items are eligible. Examples of items not eligible are items that are out of stock or delivered direct from the manufacturer.
We have over 250 collection locations at this point in time, with more locations added on a monthly basis.
Once you have located a product that you are interested in purchasing, if it is eligible for Click & Collect there will be a button to 'Add for Click & Collect'. Clicking this will take you to a page where you can search for your nearest location.
Each location has their own opening hours, but we make it easy to see the opening hours for your chosen branch. Hit the icon next to the name of your selected branch during purchase to view the full address and opening hours. We also send this detail in your collection notification emails.
All items eligible for Click and Collect are in stock and we ship the goods that same day when the order is placed before our next day cut-off on a next day basis. As soon as the goods reach your chosen depot, we will alert you by text and email that your goods are ready for collection. Please note that in some cases the delivery could be made late in the day so you may have to wait a further day to collect.
When we notify you that your goods are ready for collection, we will send you a six-digit collection code. You must bring this with you, along with your order number to collect your goods. You must also bring ID with you.
We accept the following forms of ID:
- Driving licence
- Utility bill
- Mobile phone bill
- Wage slip
- Bank statement
- Cheque guarantee/credit/debit card
- Bank/building society book
- Passport
- Cheque book
If you have lost the collection code sent to you by email and/or SMS, please contact us to request that it is resent to you.
Yes, it is possible for someone to collect your parcel on your behalf, but they must have your proof of ID and your collection code.
