Numax MV26MF Marine battery 100Ah

Item bought as direct replacement of current starter battery so assume product OK. You had it in stock, good. It was well packed. This is in contrast to other suppliers who take the money, and the Michael, then sayinot in stock and available in 4 weeks! Has anyone tried to bump start a narrow boat! Oh but your courier, what an outfit. Couriers and the Royal Mail deliver daily, marina closed Tuesday but procedure in place to deal with this. Given all times office open, as Yodel wanted a signature but do they offer deliveries on these dates, no. On the third offered date, which was during the day Yodel noted it was on the van. Tracked the van and waved them down. They said they only had one small parcel and it wwas not a battery. Said to them Yodel said it was on the van, they said no and tried to drive off. I insisted they check and surprisingly they found the item. Could be worse, yodel have a habit of chucking items over the entry gate, leaving them by the side of the road or offering items for a village 3 miles away to other boat owners in the marina, for them to keep or deliver. We just don’t know. SERIOUS SUGGESTION, change the courier and not to DPD who are nearly as appalling.
