I bought this to replace a previous Newmax that had died. That one was about six years old and had been discharged totally flat regularly due to a car wiring fault I’m surprised it lasted so long, if this replacement is as good, and suspect it will be, I recommend it.

Good service by Tayna and replaced first faulty battery. BE AWARE that the terminal threads on this battery are quite poor in comparison to premium batteries like OPTIMA, and therefore you will rely on the thread of the vehicle terminal bolts to cut/grip the thread properly. Any wear in the bolts will cause a problem with thread engagement. I had to swap the first battery because the threads were virtually non-existent.
